The present articles goal is to reveal the mythical aura of the parliamentary electoral mechanism, specific to the 2008 and 2012 elections. The four analysed myths are: the myth of the political panacea, the myth of the undeserved winner, the myth of the redistributed mandates and the myth of the oversized parliament. It will also emphasize the reformant yet paradoxical effect of the uninominal votes failiure.
