The current study aimed to know the level of distributive justice implementation and the level of organizational loyalty among local administration employees in the M'sila Governorate, as well as studying the relationship between distributive justice and the level of organizational loyalty, where the study sample consisted of 312 employees and employees who were randomly selected, and by relying on the questionnaire as a single tool for study and curriculum Descriptive and necessary statistical treatments The study reached the following results : - The level of enforcement of distributive justice in local administration is low. - The level of organizational loyalty of local administration staff is average, - There is a correlation between distributive justice and the level of organizational loyalty Distributive Justice, Organizational Loyalty, Local Administration in M'sila Governorate
