Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mencari tahu seberapa pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA yang berjumlah 481 siswa yang terdiri dari 14 kelas. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster random sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 217 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Perilaku Kecerdasan Spiritual yang terdiri dari 30 aitem (α=0,868) dan Skala Motivasi Belajar yang terdiri dari 28 aitem (α=0,897). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dengan hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,555 dan p = 0,000. Sumbangan efektif kecerdasan spiritual terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 30,8% sedangkan 69,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diungkapkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan peneliti yaitu, terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA dapat diterima. Semakin tinggi kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki oleh siswa, semakin tinggi motivasi belajar dan semakin rendah kecerdasan spiritual yang dimiliki oleh siswa, semakin rendah motivasi belajar.
