La integración latinoamericana: entre la unidad y la fragmentación

En este artículo se analiza la evolución que sufriera el proceso de integración latinoamericano y caribeño a fin de identificar aquellas limitaciones, en la variedad de proyectos vigentes, que no permiten avanzar hacia mayores grados de integración. Se identifica como uno de los principales obstáculos la estructura y funcionalidad jurídico-institucional. This article analyzes the development of Latin American and Caribbean integration processes, with the purpose of identify those limitations, such as the great variety of currents projects, that do not allow to advance towards deepest degrees of integration.
