Representasi Trauma, Kehilangan, dan Proses Pemulihan Diri dalam Novel Seporsi Mie Ayam Sebelum Mati: Analisis Psikologi Sastra.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan representasi trauma, kehilangan, dan proses pemulihan diri tokoh utama dalam novel Seporsi Mie Ayam Sebelum Mati karya Brian Khrisna melalui pendekatan psikologi sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini berupa kutipan kta, kalimat, dan paragraf dalam novel yang berkatan dengan pegalaman trauma, kehilangan, dan pemulihan diri, serta didukung oleh sumber pustaka yang relevan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui membaca intensif, pencatatan, dan pengklasifikasian data sesuai fokus penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengaitka temuan tekstual dengan konsep psikologi sastra, psikologi trauma, psikoanalisis, dan psikologi humanistik. Hasil peelitian menunjukkan bahwa trauma tokoh utama direpresentasikan secara laten dan simbolik melalui ehampaan emosional, konflik batin, serta kecnderungan destruktif. Kehilangan berperan sebagai pemicu krisis eksistensial yang memperdalam konflik psikologis dan memengaruhi struktur kepribadian tokoh. Sementara itu, proses pemulihan diri digambarkan secara bertahap melalui tindakan ederhana dan refleksi terhadap pengalaman hidup, tanpa menghapus trauma sepenuhnya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa novel tersebut tidak hanya mempresentasikan penderitaan psikologis sastra. Khususnya yang berkaitan dengan representasi kesehatan mental dalam karya sastra Indonesia kontemporer. Kata Kunci: psikologi sastra; trauma; kehilangan; pemulihan diri; novel Indonesia kontemporer Abstract: This study aims to describe the representation of trauma, loss, and the main character's process of self-recovery in Brian Khrisna's novel *Seporsi Mie Ayam Sebelum Mati* through a literary psychology approach. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research data consist of words, sentences, and paragraphs in the novel that are related to experiences of trauma, loss, and self-recovery, supported by relevant literature sources. Data collection techniques were conducted through intensive reading, note-taking, and classifying data according to the research focus. Data analysis was carried out by linking textual findings with the concepts of literary psychology, trauma psychology, psychoanalysis, and humanistic psychology. The results of the study indicate that the main character's trauma is represented latently and symbolically through emotional emptiness, inner conflict, and destructive tendencies. Loss acts as a trigger for an existential crisis that deepens psychological conflict and influences the character's personality structure. Meanwhile, the process of self-recovery is depicted gradually through simple actions and reflection on life experiences, without completely erasing trauma. This study affirms that the novel not only presents psychological suffering in literature, particularly related to the representation of mental health in contemporary Indonesian literary works.
