Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Persepsi Keharmonisan Keluarga dengan Intensitas Komunikasi Interpersonal pada anggota Bhayangkari Cabang Boyolali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu anggota Bhayangkari. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 63 orang dengan menggunakan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Skala Persepsi Keharmonisan Keluarga yang terdiri dari 37 aitem dengan α=0,942. Skala Intensitas Komunikasi Interpersonal terdiri dari 28 aitem dengan α=0,911. Hasil analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar rxy=0,670 dengan p=0,000 (p<0,01), artinya hipotesis dapat diterima yaitu ada hubungan positif antara Persepsi Keharmonisan Keluarga dengan Intensitas Komunikasi Interpersonal pada ibu-ibu anggota Bhayangkari Cabang Boyolali. Persepsi Keharmonisan Keluarga memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 44,9 % pada intensitas komunikasi interpersonal.
