Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja di Jakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 104 ibu bekerja di PT. Rajawali Nusindo dan PT. Phapros, Tbk. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan 2 alat ukur skala psikologi yaitu Skala Kecerdasan Emosional (32 aitem valid, α= 0,895) dan Skala Konflik Peran Ganda (34 aitem, α= 0,913). Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan konflik peran ganda pada ibu bekerja di PT. Phapros, Tbk (rxy= -0,396 ; p = 0,001). Semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional maka semakin rendah konflik peran ganda, begitupun sebaliknya. Kecerdasan emosional memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 15,7% pada konflik peran ganda.
