La Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y la libertad de expresión: una mirada desde su jurisprudencia

El presente trabajo refleja el tratamiento que la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos ha otorgado al Derecho Humano, a la libertad de expresión. A través del mismo se evidencia la evolución y el desarrollo que este derecho humano fundamental ha ido obteniendo desde la célebre Opinión Consultiva número 5 del año 1985 hasta nuestros días. The present work reflects the treatment that the Interamerican Court of Human Rights has given to the Human Right of freedom of speech. Throughout the article is evidenced the evolution and developpement that this fundamental human right has been obtaining since the well-known Advisory Opinion number 5 from 1985 until nowadays.
