Los polómetros: Actitudes lingüísticas sobre la fonética y la morfología del español de Costa Rica

En este artículo, se toma como objeto de estudio los llamados “polómetros”, con el fin de analizar las actitudes lingüísticas que despiertan sobre la fonética y la morfología del español de Costa Rica. Estas actitudes construyen un perfil de hablante vitando, desprestigioso y excluyente que,sin ser el de un hablante de zonas rurales,se identifica con él. Se revela, entonces, la construcción ideológica en torno al cambio lingüístico del español costarricense. In this article, the object of study is the so - called "polómetros", in order to analyze the linguistic attitudes that arouse on the phonetics and morphology of Costa Rican Spanish. These attitudes construct adiscrediting and exclusionary speaker profile, which, although not a speaker of a rural area, is identified with him.
